The Customer Success Jr. Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers via telephone, email and chat on a daily basis.
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, you will communicate with new and potential customers, help guide customers through the shopping experience, answer order questions and support the team to build a successful brand. You will be expected to meet or exceed established service level agreements set by the CSM.
Expected hours for the role are M-F, 9-5, but are subject to change depending on the needs of the business.
Bachelors Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
