Responsibilities:. Lead the Client Delivery practice for a defined region or portfolio of clients. Oversee delivery of all programs within the portfolio ensuring client satisfaction while meeting Mobiquity's business goals. Participate in developing client growth plans with VP Sales for key strategic accounts within the portfolio. Utilize SMEs to help plan and execute the growth plan.. Ensure programs are adequately resourced and managed to deliver successfully and gain client satisfaction. Support business development discussions with clients related to new streams of work within the Mobiquity offerings portfolio. Continue to improve and innovate Mobiquity's delivery offerings. Manage successful client delivery including project management, workshop facilitation, deliverable document planning and production. Provide mentoring to the delivery the group on process and market/industry knowledge. Required Experience:. At least 10 years of experience as a delivery leader in technology within large enterprises. Effective at interacting with C-suite executives on key strategic issues. Knowledge of delivery tools and techniques for software development. Demonstrated business development and sales capabilities. Strong project management skills. General knowledge of enterprise IT architectures and business processes. Good team leader, contributor. Good communications skills for internal and client correspondence. Independent, self-starter.
