Operate the Automated Paint Line to produce materials per the production work order. Accurately identify & record quantities produced and scrapped. Perform all necessary inspections & measurements to include the use of hand tools, power tools, chemicals & measurement devices to produce materials within quality standards.


  • Learn & understand the HYDAC Quality Policy and Quality Objective and how they are related to this position
  • Learn and understand quality management system documents, work instructions, forms, & production work orders
  • Perform work per written & verbal instructions
  • Complete necessary documentation to include required data with signature or initials
  • Identify and verify production components, sub-assemblies & final materials are correct for your work center or project
  • Set up & operate the automated Paint Line to produce correct materials within quality standards per the production work order
  • Frequently perform quality inspections and tests as part of the Paint Line manufacturing process to include visual inspections, color comparisons, viscosity, temperature, thickness & adhesion measurements.
  • Handle, store, maintain, & change operator level equipment and materials to include fixtures, process equipment, 55 gallon drums of waste, & 5 gallon pails of coatings.
  • Clean parts to be free of oil for painting
  • Experience and Education:

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year related experience.
