Overview

Anthropologie is seeking a passionate, creative & detail-oriented UI/ Interactive Designer to join our Digital Design Team. You will be responsible for transforming complex concepts into simple and intuitive experiences that are easy to use and visually appealing. The ideal candidate should have proven experience and a portfolio that illustrates their ability to produce engaging and functional interfaces on both web and app platforms. Our ideal candidate will be:

  • A natural problem solver who loves hand-crafting exceptional user-focused, online experiences.
  • Detail oriented designer capable of creating in-depth documentation.
  • A strong speaker that can both present and adovate for their work.
  • Responsibilities

  • Updating, maintaining, and improving Anthropologies digital platforms through elegant user focused design.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders, UX teams, & engineers to execute and deliver exceptional digital experiences and features.
  • Act as a creative ambassador while partnering on digital projects with our sister brands Urban Outfitters and Free People.
  • Multitask and manage multiple small & large projects.
  • The documentation and improvement of existing brand UI.
  • Help support and mentor more junior team members.
  • Qualifications

  • 3-5 years professional experiences designing across multiple platforms.
  • Hands on experience creating user flows, wireframes, & prototypes.
  • Ability to empathize with and design for a user.
  • Strong visual design skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Education

    Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, Fine Arts or related field is desired.
